The Chamber Team


April DiFalco - President

Joining the Chamber team in early 2004, April worked her way through the ranks of the GMCC. Beginning her career as the Administrative Assistant, within six months April became Coordinator of Programs and Services and then Director of Membership Services.  It was in July 2013 that April took over the reigns of President, working closely with the membership, Town officials, Boards and Committees  to contribute to making Manchester a better place to live, work and do business.  April currently manages the Chamber team while getting involved in the community by sitting on the following boards and commissions;  Downtown Special Services District, Economic Development Commission, MHS Career Panel Speaker Coordinator, Coordinator for the Chamber’s very own JA Day and the Outreach Administrator for the Manchester Manufacturers Outreach and Referral Program.  Call April if you are thinking of expanding your business and need assistance on where to begin, need a refresher on the benefits of membership, exploring sponsorship opportunities or just to say “hello,” her door is always open.


Amy Heritage - Director of Member Services & Bookkeeper

In 2005, Amy joined the Chamber team as the Administrative Assistant, then taking on more responsibilities with coordination of events.  Now, as the Director of Member Services, Amy meets with businesses to educate on the benefits of membership, continues to coordinate member and Chamber events and has also taken on the responsibility of bookkeeping.  If you’re looking to join the Chamber, need a refresher on the benefits of membership, have a question about an invoice or would like to explore sponsorship opportunities - give Amy a call, she’ll be happy to help.



Melanie Hanley - Administrative Assistant
June 2016, Melanie joined The Greater Manchester Chamber team.  Melanie will be assisting members and the team staff  in many ways.  She comes from a diverse background including extensive customer service and administrative duties . She is a very dedicated and excited to be part of the Team. She will be updating the website, answering questions, booking appointments,  and if you need to RSVP to events, please email or call her.
